A Word of Thanks
The tragic story of Tony Petrossian, the 17-year-old boy who recently lost his life while defending a buddy, was one that deeply touched Glendale residents.
Juliet and Alec Petrossian, Tony’s parents, wanted readers of the News-Press to know how thankful they were to the outpouring of community support.
“We want to thank everybody,” Alec said, “the students and staff of Hoover High, our family and friends as well as anybody who sent wishes in memory of our lost Tony Petrossian.”

From: The Petrossian Family
During this very difficult time, there are those who show us how much they care about Tony. It has come to our attention that your staff has planned an activity, in the month of August, in our beloved Tony’s memory.
We as a family wish to extend our sincerest thanks to you for all the time and effort you have put forth. Without a doubt, Tony also thanks you for your kindness.
Tony, we know we cannot deny, neglect, nor able to forget you even for a short time. Our grief and suffering shall be with us till we meet again.
Mom – Dad
Thank you Caspian Services (Leonard) for your excellent work and compassion in designing our Tony’s web site.
